Is the whole website free?
The design fee is £0 for accepted applications for a brochure-style website of up to five pages. Managed hosting is £14.99 per month, billed annually at £179.88, paid upfront before work begins. Domain registration costs are additional.
Do you accept every application?
No. We review the business, requirements and proposed scope before accepting an application. We may ask for more details or explain why the offer is not the right fit.
What do I need to provide?
Tell us about your business, the pages you need and any existing website or domain. You will need to provide page content and any logos, images or other files you want us to use, with permission to use them.
Can I use a domain I already own?
Tell us the domain name and who currently manages it. We will review your existing setup and agree any hosting or domain changes with you before making them.
Are email accounts included?
Yes. Your hosting includes up to 20 business email mailboxes, with 10GB storage per mailbox. Domain registration costs are additional.
Are online shops or booking systems included?
Ecommerce, membership systems, booking platforms and custom software are outside this offer. If you need additional services or features, tell us so we can discuss the scope and costs separately.
