Every plan has a 12-month minimum term from the approved launch, including the £0 first month. Your chosen monthly price applies for the next 11 months. After the minimum term, the plan continues monthly unless cancelled before renewal. We confirm cancellation and any early termination arrangements in your proposal. Statutory consumer cancellation rights are unaffected.
Giraffe Digital retains ownership of the website and content provided as part of the plan unless agreed otherwise in writing. Your domain stays yours. Website transfers are agreed separately in writing.
Domains, email, premium licences and payment-processing fees are separate unless your proposal includes them. Edit allowances do not roll over, and additional work is quoted for approval.
Your first month starts on the launch date we agree together, once you have approved the website and it is ready to go live. Essential is then £79 a month, Growth £149 and Commerce £249, starting from month two. The £0 first month is included in the 12-month minimum term. Sending an enquiry does not start a subscription.
There is no setup fee. Every plan has a 12-month minimum term from the agreed launch date, including the £0 first month and 11 paid months. The minimum plan cost is £869 for Essential, £1,639 for Growth or £2,739 for Commerce, including applicable taxes and excluding separately agreed extras. After the minimum term, the plan continues monthly unless cancelled before renewal. We confirm the end date, cancellation process and any early termination arrangements in your proposal. This does not affect any statutory consumer cancellation rights.
We set out the design, page allowance, features, hosting, backup retention, support arrangements, 12-month minimum term and ongoing care in a written proposal. We also identify any separate costs before you agree to the work.
Use it for routine changes to your existing website, such as replacing a photograph, updating opening hours or amending service information. Essential includes 30 minutes, Growth 60 minutes and Commerce 120 minutes each month. Unused time does not carry forward. Additional work is quoted and agreed before it starts.
Giraffe Digital retains ownership of the website and the content provided as part of the plan, unless we agree otherwise in writing. Your domain remains yours. Any website transfer needs a separate written agreement. Hosting continues until the agreed end date of your plan.
Domain registration, mailboxes, premium licences and payment-processing fees are separate unless they are expressly included in your proposal. We explain those costs before you commit. The plan prices shown include any applicable taxes.
Yes. We can provide access for publishing blog posts and managing the content appropriate to your website. You also have the monthly allowance for content changes made by Giraffe Digital.
Share your current website when you enquire. We will review what can be retained or moved, then agree the migration, content and functionality in your proposal.
These plans combine an agreed page and feature allowance with hosting and ongoing care for a monthly price. Our separately scoped website design service is available where your requirements need a different approach. We can discuss both options before you decide.
Yes. If you enter into a contract mainly for personal use, applicable consumer cancellation rights include a 14-day cancellation period from the day after the contract is made. This is separate from the £0 first subscription month. We explain the cancellation information and any request to begin work early before the contract is agreed.
